The scope
To connect Gabriella’s Modern Italian with the local community and the excitement surrounding the Delray Beach Open, we developed a tennis-inspired dessert, a signature Key Lime Tart designed in the shape of a tennis ball. We also leveraged relationships surrounding the tournament to connect with participating players and welcome them into the restaurant for an authentic Gabriella’s dining experience.
