Our commitment
KEFI PR is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards so this website is usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.
Conformance status
This site is designed and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the expectations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We consider the site substantially conformant, meaning most content meets the standard while we continue to remediate isolated issues as we find them.
Accessibility tools on this site
- An accessibility menu (bottom-left button, or press Alt + A) with text sizing, high contrast, readable and dyslexia-friendly text, link underlines, a larger cursor, reduced motion, and a media pause control.
- A “Skip to content” link for keyboard and screen reader users.
- Semantic landmarks, a single H1 per page, and descriptive headings.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- Alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Respect for the operating-system “reduce motion” setting.
- Colour contrast targeted at 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and UI controls.
- Tap targets sized at a minimum of 44×44 pixels on touch devices.
Compatibility
This site is built to work with recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox, paired with assistive technologies such as VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, and TalkBack. It is fully operable by keyboard alone.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party content — such as social media feeds, maps, and video players — is outside our direct control and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Where that happens, we provide an accessible alternative on request.

Enforcement & formal complaints
If our response does not resolve your concern, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice ADA Information Line at (800) 514-0301, or file a complaint at ada.gov. We take every report seriously and log it for remediation.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing practice, not a one-time project. We review new pages and components before release, run automated checks, and perform manual keyboard and screen reader passes on core journeys.
