The Case for Printed Things

Why a magazine, in 2026? Because objects outlast algorithms.

A magazine, in 2026, sounds like a joke. Until you hand one to a client and watch them stop scrolling for the first time all week.

Print isn't nostalgia. It's a format that respects the reader's time — no autoplay, no scroll bar, no notification pulling them to the next thing. Just the story, and the object holding it.

The brands winning right now are the ones betting on objects that outlast algorithms: menus, cards, zines, notes. We keep making them because they keep working.

We printed our first zine last spring — 32 pages, matte cover, no ads. It went to 400 people. Six of them became clients. None of them found us on Instagram.

The math on print is different. You're not paying for reach; you're paying for attention. And attention, in 2026, is the only currency that still compounds.

The next issue drops this fall. If you want one, tell us in person.
