Our content stack for hospitality clients in 2026
The tools, templates, and rituals we use across every restaurant brand.

Every hospitality client we take on gets the same content backbone: a shot list, a monthly capture day, a rolling library, and a same-week edit turnaround.
The tools change. The rituals don't. A calendar you actually keep beats any app.
Here's the exact stack we run in 2026 — and the two things we stopped using last year.
The shot list lives in a shared doc, not a project tool. One page, updated weekly, ranked by what the brand actually needs — hero dishes, room shots, service moments, staff portraits. If it isn't on the list, we don't shoot it.
Capture day is one day a month, blocked on the calendar six months out. Same photographer, same editor, same call sheet template. The consistency is the product — not the individual images.
The library is the boring part that runs the whole thing. Every asset tagged by dish, room, mood, and season, so a Tuesday post takes fifteen minutes, not two hours. Most agencies skip this step. It's why their Fridays are on fire.
Same-week edits are non-negotiable. If a shoot happens Monday, the client sees a first cut Friday. Anything slower and the momentum is gone by the time the assets land.
Two things we cut last year: overproduced reels that took longer to edit than they were on screen, and any tool that required a second login. Simplicity compounds.
